Hope is all that we have when bad things happen. The author of our hope is Jesus and He is the only one who can provide it, no one else can. In the Bible, there is a chapter about hope and love which says:

“But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love.”

1 Corinthians 13:13

Another passage is this:

1 Thessalonians 1:3 We continually remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our loving Creator provided us with hope and love through His Son, Jesus and that is the only way to know Him and be saved. Yet, there are some who refuse to do this because of their unbelief or because they have decided not to follow the One true God. There is no other so all of these which are worshiped are all false gods and their worship will gain you nothing except eternal punishment.

The Creator loves His creation, all of it, and when you turn your back on Him it stings His heart. But, He never turns away from you unless you totally reject Him and His gift of salvation. Your hope and the hope of the world is to be saved from the punishment which is to come, whether you accept it as such or not. God loves you and does not want anyone to perish, yet it is your choice to do so or not. He doesn’t send you to hell and punishment, you do, simply by not accepting His gift of life through Jesus.

In Him is the only way to salvation and it is a free gift all you need to do is accept it and believe that it is yours according to His Word. There are no rules to follow, no prerequisites, no “hoops” to jump through. Just a heart-felt belief in Jesus as your Savior is all that it takes.  The time is growing short and we are not guaranteed the next hour to live so the time for salvation is now.
